★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempo muito além do prazo informado (levou o dobro) para realização do serviço. O serviço de pintura foi insatisfatório, faltou polimento em algumas partes, embaixo do para-choques sem pintar. Visualmente dá pra perceber que o carro foi pintado.
Um serviço que foi muito benfeito foi o de lanternagem. Alguns comentários falam que é martelinho de ouro, porém não foi feito serviço de martelinho. Em pontos que a lataria poderia ser puxada utilizando a técnica do martelinho foi removida a pintura e utilizada a forma convencional de puxar. Apesar de ser de forma convencional que depois precisou de repintar este serviço ficou excelente!! O que pegou realmente em termos de qualidade final no serviço foi a pintura e polimento prejudicando o resultado final.
Resumindo o que falta na empresa é ter um pintor mais caprichoso, aí ficará um serviço de primeira. Ah, e também passar um prazo mais realista. Informar um prazo de execução do serviço que não é possível devido aos demais serviços gera insatisfação. E no meu caso que o resultado final ficou insatisfatório somado ao longo tempo, fica difícil uma boa avaliação. Espero que a empresa reveja seu processo e melhore! O importante é sempre a qualidade final, mesmo que se alongue, nesse caso o resultado final será o que irá dar a palavra final na satisfação do cliente.
Time well beyond the informed deadline (took twice as long) to perform the service. The painting service was unsatisfactory, some parts lacked polishing, under the bumper without painting. Visually you can tell that the car has been painted.
One service that was very well done was the body shop. Some comments say that it is a golden hammer, but a hammer service was not performed. At points where the bodywork could be pulled using the hammer technique, the paint was removed and the conventional way of pulling was used. Despite being in a conventional way that later needed to be repainted, this service was excellent!! What really caught on in terms of final quality in the service was the painting and polishing, harming the final result.
In short, what is lacking in the company is to have a more capricious painter, there will be a first class service. Oh, and also spend a more realistic deadline. Informing a service execution deadline that is not possible due to the other services generates dissatisfaction. And in my case that the final result was unsatisfactory added over time, it is difficult to make a good assessment. I hope the company reviews its process and improves! The important thing is always the final quality, even if it takes longer, in this case the final result will be what will give the final word on customer satisfaction.
