★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei extremamente decepcionada com o serviço, atrasaram duas horas para chegar na minha casa e fazer a coleta. Só informaram que haveria o atraso, sem nenhuma justificativa ou ao menos um pedido de desculpa. A mudança já estava marcada há semanas. Sorte que quando os rapazes chegaram foram super ágeis. Para entregar também atrasaram. Não recomendo o serviço.
I was extremely disappointed with the service, they took two hours to arrive at my house and collect. They only informed that there would be the delay, without any justification or at least an apology. The move had been scheduled for weeks. Lucky that when the boys arrived they were super agile. To deliver also delayed. I do not recommend the service.
