★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me mandaram mensagem no instagram dizendo que eu tinha ganhado um sorteio e que eu só precisava pagar a taxa dos correios , me enrolaram por 3 dias e depois disseram que tinha que pagar uma outra taxa de mais de 200 reais e quando eu disse que não queria mais a premiação e pedi ressarcimento , eles me bloquearam .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou comentando aqui pra dizer o que aconteceu comigo! Fiz uma compra de um iPhone 7 que vi no Instagram da "Vende Apple Computer LTda. Fui redirecionada para fazer a compra pelo whatsapp, onde primeiramente eu teria que depositar um valor de entrada. Após o depósito do valor de entrada, questionei como poderia continuar a compra, e a pessoa que me "atendeu", disse que esperaria até tal dia para postar meu produto nos correios.. quando o dia chegou comecei a perguntar sobre e a pessoa vizualizou e não me respondeu, nesse momento já achei estranho, uns minutinhos depois entrei novamente e vi que tinha sido bloqueada! O mesmo no Instagram! Ai já entendi o que havia acontecido.
Se eu não tiver retorno até esse fim de semana, vou prestar QUEIXA na delegacia!!!

The same on Instagram! Then I understood what had happened.
If I have no return by this weekend, I will file a complaint at the police station !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom eu comprei uma IPHONE 11 em 24 horas eles confirmaram a compra,falou que ia mim mandar o rastreio do envio e até hoje,na segunda feira ele falou que meu pedido tinha sido mandado pro correio,se passaram dois dias eles não mandaram mais nada,mando mensagem eles só visualizam e não responde,e hoje entrei no Instagram eles deixaram de mim seguir e por cima mim bloquearam, vou deixar bem claro eles deu o prazo até sexta feira,segunda feira se o meu celular não tiver chegado vou na delegacia e vou denunciar a loja. Tenham uma Boa Semana.

Todo o dia tem reportagens por aí nos jornais falando desse tipo de golpe, que só faz comer dinheiro dos ingênuos, explicando que não se deve confiar em mensagens que dizem que você ganhou algo muito bom do nada, ou naquelas famosos sites suspeitos que dizem que você é o usuário 99902902962. É bom aprenderem usar a internet primeiro antes de ficarem criticando por algo que não tem nada haver com a empresa. Antes fosse por atraso na entrega de alguma loja oficial, mas por causa de um Random no Instagram? Kkkkkkkkkkkkkkk fala sério

No dia 27/10/2021, procurou a assistência Apple para solucionar o problema de restauração da
senha (Protocolo 101530985604) e foi informada que, a Apple indicava que poderia ter
ocorrido alguma fraude com a conta, deste modo, seguiu todas as indicações do suporte para que o problema fosse solucionado.
Ocorre que, a última solicitação do suporte avancado atendente Gustavo, enviou a NF do aparelho, foi informada que ficasse 30 dias sem usar meu aparelho, solicitação ocorreu em 12/11/2021 e até o presente momento não teve nenhum retorno no processo normal fica em loop, pede uma data para que esperar e nada de resolver o problema, fico à disposição para mais informações, Abs, Nilton
