Equipe atenciosa e trabalho justíssimo! Fiz um orçamento em uma outra assistência e me cobraram um valor muito alto para o reparo do possível defeito. Fui até a Apple Mall e o profissional avaliou fez um procedimento e me entregou sem ônus - informando que era sistêmico e não me cobraria por isso. Exemplo de honestidade!

Attentive staff and just work! I made a budget in another assistance and they charged me a very high value for the repair of the possible defect. I went to the Apple Mall and the professional evaluated did a procedure and handed it to me free of charge - stating that it was systemic and would not charge me for it. Example of honesty!
I recommend as many times as needed.

Levei meu computador com um problema na placa de vídeo, atras do serviço de vocês pra conserta-lo e tudo o que vocês me fizeram foi CONFIRMAR o problema que eu JÁ sabia, alegar não terem as peças nem previsão de quando terão e ME COBRARAM 300 REAIS PRA NADA. Nem a poeira da tela tiraram.
Péssimo serviço, preço abusivíssimo que nem em uma autorizada eu pagaria.

I took my computer with a video card problem, after your service to fix it and all you did was CONFIRM the problem I already knew, claim not to have the parts or forecast when they will have and CHARGE ME 300 REAL FOR NOTHING. Not even the dust on the screen removed.
Lousy service, very abusive price that I wouldn't even pay for an authorized service.
