★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei para arrumar tela quebrada, assim que cheguei em casa com o iphone "arrumado" eu notei que a wifi não estava funcionando. Retornei no dia seguinte para a loja e antes mesmo de qualquer avaliação os funcionários imediatamente responderam que não havia a menor possibilidade de eles serem responsáveis pelo problema - apesar de meu iphone nunca ter dado esse erro antes. Recusaram qualquer responsabilidade MAS me ofereceram um novo conserto - por 500 reais. Certamente não recomendo que arrisquem seus aparelhos nesta loja.
I took it to fix the broken screen, as soon as I got home with the iphone "tidy" I noticed that the wifi wasn't working. I returned the next day to the store and even before any evaluation the employees immediately replied that there was no way they were responsible for the problem - even though my iphone never gave this error before. They refused any responsibility BUT offered me a new fix - for 500 reais. I certainly don't recommend risking your devices in this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço de qualidade com pessoas que realmente querem resolver seu problema, com rapidez, minha mãe faleceu a 17 dias tinha travado na tela inicial meu aparelho e a equipe da loja conseguiu recuperar o aparelho sem perder as fotos que eram as últimas lembranças que tinha de minha mãe, fiquei muito feliz com o atendimento e qualidade. Recomendo!!
Quality service with people who really want to solve your problem, quickly, my mother died 17 days ago my device was stuck on the home screen and the store staff managed to recover the device without losing the photos that were the last memories I had of my mother, I was very happy with the service and quality. Meu MacBook Pro não estava mais ligando, levei para ele testar e ao ligar com a fonte dele o computador ligou normalmente , eles detectaram q o problema está na minha fonte e q devo comprar uma nova. Fizeram toda essa avaliação sem me cobrar nada, fiquei até sem graça. Muito obrigado pela excelência!
