Ao acordar na manhã do dia 17/01/2022 fui colocar o aparelho para carregar e não ligava a tela, ainda estava no prazo da garantia da última troca de tela que por sinal foi feito lá também e se recusaram a fazer o serviço alegando mal uso. Se tivesse caído ou molhado até concordo. E outra, olha que já gastei quase mil reais com eles lá, entre capinha, película e manutenção, imagine se fosse um cliente que nunca comprou nada. NÃO volto mais e NÃO recomendo que levem para manutenção nessa loja. Obrigado. Hi. I have already changed the screen of an iPhone X twice in this store, nice service and fast service, however they do not fulfill the repair warranty. When I woke up on the morning of 01/17/2022 I went to put the device to charge and it did not turn on the screen, it was still within the warranty period of the last screen replacement which by the way was done there too and they refused to do the service alleging bad use. If it had fallen or got wet I would agree. And another, look that I've spent almost a thousand reais with them there, between cover, film and maintenance, imagine if I were a customer who never bought anything. I will NOT be going back and I DO NOT recommend taking it to this store for maintenance. Thanks.
