Estou montando um novo consultório completo e sem medo. Durabilidade extremamente longa. Agora com otimas opções de cores para qualquer ambiente. Pareço vendedor da loja mas pago o mesmo preço que você. Só falo da minha experiência. Custo benefício excelente. Claro que alguns problemas deve haver. Como em qualquer serviço. Qto à assistência técnica ainda nao posso falar pq nunca precisei, maa sempre muito atenciosos!
Excellent quality equipment. Column and chair for 12 years working perfectly. Slit lamp excellent optical quality and good price. I'm setting up a new, complete, fearless office. Extremely long durability. Now with great color options for any environment. I look like a store salesman but I pay the same price as you do. I only speak of my experience. Excellent cost benefit. Of course, there must be some problems. As with any service. As for technical assistance, I still can't speak because I never needed it, but always very attentive!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aparelhos comprados são bons, mas o vendedor na ponta foi péssimo, mentiu sobre o prazo de entrega, não sabia os valores, formas de pagamento... E, se a Apramed for te entregar equipamentos utilizando a transportadora Generoso, não compre. LIXO. Os atendentes são muito educados, mas, infelizmente, a palavra deles sobre a entrega não vale nada. Tive de buscar meus equipamentos PESSOALMENTE no galpão.
Appliances purchased are good, but the seller at the end was terrible, lied about the delivery time, did not know the values, payment methods ... And, if Apramed is going to deliver you equipment using the Generoso carrier, do not buy. TRASH. The attendants are very polite, but unfortunately, their word about delivery is worthless. I had to get my equipment PERSONALLY from the shed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei todos os equipamentos para um consultório oftalmológico na APRAMED.. com menos de 1 ano o equipamento deu defeito e ainda na garantia não deram importância ao caso e querem que eu pare o consultório por 15 dias, envie o equipamento para o interior de São Paulo para consertar.. Quem vai pagar meu prejuízo ?? transporte, consultório parado tudo por minha conta.. nem equipamento reserva para emprestar eles tem.. TOTAL FALTA DE COMPROMETIMENTO COM O CLIENTE. NOTA ZERO PARA O PÓS VENDA DELES. Não recomendo a ninguém.
I bought all the equipment for an ophthalmological office at APRAMED .. with less than 1 year the equipment was defective and still in the warranty they did not give importance to the case and they want me to stop the office for 15 days, send the equipment to the interior of São Paulo to fix .. Who will pay my loss ?? transport, office stopped everything on my own .. even spare equipment to borrow they have .. TOTAL LACK OF COMMITMENT TO THE CUSTOMER. ZERO NOTE FOR THEIR AFTER SALE. I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei equipamentos com a Apramed recentemente. Ótimo serviço, sem burucracia, entrega no prazo. Porém, a empresa contratada por eles para a entrega, Rodonaves, foi péssima. Sugiro repensar essa parte do processo.
I bought equipment with Apramed recently. Great service, no hassle, delivery on time. However, the company hired by them for delivery, Rodonaves, was terrible. I suggest rethinking that part of the process.
