★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço é péssimo atendimento ao cliente. Por sorte não fechei contrato, mas no dia da mudança não vieram e não responderam mais as minhas ligações. Não indico, péssimo de verdade.
 Lousy service is lousy customer service. Luckily I didn't sign a contract, but on the day of the move they didn't come and didn't answer my calls anymore. I do not indicate, really bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mudança chegou toda mexida com as caixas de papelão abertas, as quais eu havia enviado todas lacradas. Foi nos furtado durante a mudança, um perfume importado no valor de R$ 420,00 novinho, na caixa. O proprietário Sr. Antonio ficou de me ressarcir o valor, mas nunca o fez. Ele me fez acreditar que eu seria ressarcida, me enrolou por 2 meses e depois sumiu sem responder as minhas mensagens.

My move arrived all messed up with the opened cardboard boxes, which I had sent all sealed. During the move, a brand new imported perfume worth R $ 420.00 was stolen in the box. The owner, Mr. Antonio, was to reimburse me the amount, but he never did. He made me believe that I would be compensated, he rolled me for 2 months and then disappeared without answering my messages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico!! Fizeram a mudança da minha mãe, deixando de embalar uma parte das coisas que estavam no guarda roupa. O Sr Antônio buscou, disse que iria enviar por correio, e até hoje, mais de um mês não fez nada!! Se recusa a passar o endereço pra minha irmã buscar as coisas da minha mãe. Estamos agindo pra abrir uma ação por furto!! Puro descaso e falta de profissionalismo!
I do not recommend !! They made my mother's move, failing to pack a part of the things that were in the wardrobe. Mr Antônio looked for it, said he would send it by mail, and even today, more than a month has done nothing !! Refuses to give my sister the address to get my mom's things. We are acting to file an action for theft !! Pure neglect and lack of professionalism!
