★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu seguro auto venceu e a corretora(Diana) disse que esqueceu de me contactar para renovar. Aí eu lembrei no dia do vencimento, sábado, e tentei falar com a corretora e a SEGVALE, todavia, nenhum deles trabalham no sábado. Consequentemente, fiquei no domingo sem poder sair com meu automóvel, afinal, não é bom andar com o automóvel sem seguro né. Ou seja, é vc que tem que lembrar o corretor da SEGVALE que a apólice vai vencer. Troquei de corretor.
My auto insurance expired and the broker (Diana) said she forgot to contact me to renew. Then I remembered on the due date, Saturday, and tried to talk to the broker and SEGVALE, however, neither of them work on Saturday. Consequently, on Sunday I was unable to go out with my car, after all, it is not good to have a car without insurance, right. In other words, you have to remind the SEGVALE broker that the policy will expire. I switched brokers.
