★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os funcionários são ótimos, a piscina é ok! mas a academia precisa de uma reforma urgente! além de voltar a aceitar o gympass. Perde muitos alunos por isso.
The staff are great, the pool is ok! but the gym needs an urgent makeover! besides accepting the gympass again. You lose a lot of students for this.

Porém na secretaria são desorganizado com o horário dos alunos, algumas vezes termina tendo choque de horário, além de sobrecarregar as aulas quando isso chega a acontecer.
A academia precisa de uma atualização urgente, pois os equipamentos são bem antigos, apesar de ser um espaço bem amplo.
Os banheiros precisam de mais limpeza e manutenção também.
Natação para criança bem legal, pois a piscina utilizada é ozonizada.
The pool is great, and the staff and teachers are very attentive.
However, in the office they are disorganized with the students' schedule, sometimes they end up having a shock schedule, in addition to overloading classes when this happens.
The gym needs an urgent update, as the equipment is quite old, despite being a very large space.
Bathrooms need more cleaning and maintenance as well.
Swimming for very cool children, because the pool used is ozonated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Darei três estrelas. Pelo motivo de: a secretaria não dá total atenção ao cliente. Fui hoje fazer minha matrícula e só me deram um folha e mandou preencher e ir pagar no financeiro. Em relação ao financeiro também precisa melhorar pois a senhora Elizabete precisa ser mais atenciosa (Refiro-me também ao rapaz que fica na secretaria) esperava mais... posso mudar minha opinião em relação ao ambiente e os profissionais.
I will give three stars. For the reason that: the secretary does not give full attention to the customer. I went today to do my enrollment and they just gave me a sheet and told me to fill it out and go pay in the finance department. In terms of finances, it also needs to improve because Mrs. Elizabete needs to be more attentive (I also refer to the guy who works at the secretariat) I expected more... I can change my opinion about the environment and the professionals.
