★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muitos podem pensar que é apenas uma academia de bairro aonde não possua uma infraestrutura e profissionais qualificados, contudo quem pensar desta forma infelizmente fala o que não conhece. A academia possuí uma infraestrutura que comporta seu público, tendo equipamentos para musculação, aeróbica, piscinas aquecidas, aulas de luta, aulas de dança e muito mais, sem contar dos instrutores altamente capacitados podendo te auxiliar em todo treinamento.
Many may think that it is just a neighborhood gym where they don't have an infrastructure and qualified professionals, however anyone who thinks this way unfortunately speaks what they don't know. The gym has an infrastructure that accommodates its audience, with equipment for weight training, aerobics, heated pools, fighting classes, dance classes and much more, not to mention the highly trained instructors who can assist you in all training.

Limpeza do banheiro muito ruim sujo mesmo, não sei se tem alguém pra limpa mais a higiene é a pior que já vi, tudo sujo não tem como tomar um banho ali, já que os aparelhos são antigos a limpeza poderia ser boa.
