★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tenho nada a reclamar! Desde o atendimento inicial com o NEIF, a tirada de dúvidas (que não foram poucas), sempre fui MUITO BEM atendido. No início, tinha dúvidas acerca do funcionamento do produto, se realmente limpava a água (funciona perfeitamente, a água da minha piscina nunca esteve tão clarinha e limpa), mas também tinha dúvidas acerca da instalação e outros detalhes. Todas sempre foram sanadas.
Até mesmo hoje, mais de 2 dois meses após a compra, usando o ionizador diariamente, vira e mexe tenho uma dúvida sobre alguma coisa (e às vezes não tem nada a ver com o produto em si, mas com manutenção da piscina, medição de parâmetros, uso em conjunto com trocador de calor, etc) e sempre sou muito bem atendido pelo Neif, não sendo incomum passarmos meia hora no telefone. Incrível a disposição no pré-venda e mais incrível ainda o carinho e a dedicação no pós-venda. A grande maioria das empresas não trabalha dessa forma.
Hiper satisfeito com a compra, com o produto em si e os benefícios que ele oferece, tornou minha vida de "piscineiro" doméstico extremamente mais confortável. E satisfeitíssimo com o atendimento, tanto antes da compra como depois dela. Recomendo!!!
I have nothing to complain about! Since the initial service with the NEIF, the clearing of doubts (which were not few), I was always VERY WELL attended. At the beginning, I had doubts about the product's functioning, if it really cleaned the water (it works perfectly, the water in my pool has never been so clear and clean), but I also had doubts about the installation and other details. All have always been remedied.
Even today, more than 2 months after purchase, using the ionizer daily, it turns and moves I have a question about something (and sometimes it has nothing to do with the product itself, but with pool maintenance, measuring parameters, use in conjunction with a heat exchanger, etc) and I'm always very well attended by Neif, it's not uncommon for us to spend half an hour on the phone. The pre-sales disposition is incredible and the care and dedication in the post-sales even more incredible. The vast majority of companies don't work that way.
Being hyper-satisfied with the purchase, with the product itself and the benefits it offers, made my life as a domestic "pool man" extremely more comfortable. And very satisfied with the service, both before the purchase and after it. I recommend!!!
