★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A minha experiência com a empresa foi péssima! Pois fiz uma placa com eles e o o adesivo dos toldos, e o mesmo fez os adesivos errados. E eu pedi para arrumar o ERRO DELES e o proprietário me garantiu que ele mesmo iria resolver a questão. E o mesmo não compareceu para solucionar o problema, e nem se quer me atendeu ou me respondeu via whatsapp. Ao se passar quase um ano de tentativa de comunicação com a empresa, hoje ele me atendeu e disse que não iria resolver o meu problema com muita grosseria e ainda me mandou ir se lascar. Então não recomendo de hipótese alguma, pois além de errar com o cliente, e nem se quer ter o compromisso de concertar o erro, ainda não tem educação para tratar os clientes.
Foi devolvido um valor de 50,00 reais que não cobre nem a metade do prejuízo, pois terei que trocar a saia do meu toldo toda pelo motivo do adesivo colocado errado já está com a marca das letras, sem a opção de trocar somente o adesivo.

And I asked to fix THEIR ERROR and the owner assured me that he would fix the issue himself. And he didn't show up to solve the problem, and he didn't even answer me or answer me via whatsapp. After almost a year of trying to communicate with the company, today he answered me and said that he would not solve my problem with much rudeness and even told me to go fuck himself. So I don't recommend it under any circumstances, because in addition to making mistakes with the customer, and you don't even want to have the commitment to fix the mistake, you still don't have the education to treat customers.
A value of 50.00 reais was returned, which does not even cover half of the damage, as I will have to change the whole skirt of my awning because the sticker is wrongly placed, it already has the mark of the letters, without the option to change only the sticker .
