A loja estava aberta num dia meio enforcado (quando vi as lojas do centro fechadas pelo Carnaval fora de época achei que ia ter de voltar outro dia). Tinha tudo o que eu queria. Mas estava voltando a um hobby antigo depois de um hiato de mais de dez anos, queria conversar e o dono, apesar de correto, não pareceu estar querendo conquistar mais um freguês. Um pouco mais de simpatia e teria um hobbista voltando todo fim de semana para gastar dinheiro em alguma bobagem indispensável. Ela é provavelmente a melhor loja de aquários do Rio, e eu inevitavelmente vou voltar lá. Quem sabe damos mais sorte da próxima vez.
Again few stars for an establishment that deserved more. The store was open on a half-hanged day (when I saw the downtown stores closed for Carnival out of season I thought I would have to go back another day). It had everything I wanted. But he was returning to an old hobby after a hiatus of more than ten years, he wanted to talk and the owner, although correct, didn't seem to be wanting to win another customer. A little more sympathy and I'd have a hobbyist coming back every weekend to spend money on some indispensable nonsense. It is probably the best aquarium store in Rio, and I will inevitably go back there. Who knows, maybe we'll have better luck next time.
