★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aproveitando comprei o Aquario e veio com alguns defeitos no movel e no proprio aquario, o Oseas ficou de resolver o problema e vi que fui bloqueado também, entrei em contato com o telefone fixo da loja e informaram que ele não trabalha mais no local preciso de uma solução para o problema caso contrario terei que tomar providências.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TAMBÉM FUI BLOEQUADO POR ELE, UM ABSURDO!! Experiência péssima, pelos comentários que li tive os mesmos problemas que o pessoal. Móvel de péssima qualidade, veio a ceder a madeira compensada e estourar o vidro já pela segunda vez. E a desculpa do Oseas é a mesma dizendo que nós que desnivelamos o aquário. Estou com o aquário quebrado em casa esperando a devolução do dinheiro, caso contrário entrarei com uma ação judicial com meu advogado por fraude, por colocar em risco a vida dos meus animais e por valor sentimental. NÃO COMPREM!!!
ALSO I WAS BLOCKED BY HIM, AN ABSURD !! Lousy experience, from the comments I read I had the same problems as the staff. Very poor quality furniture, it gave way to plywood and burst glass for the second time. And Oseas's excuse is the same saying that we that uneven the aquarium. I have a broken aquarium at home waiting for the money to be returned, otherwise I will file a lawsuit with my lawyer for fraud, for putting my animals' lives at risk and for sentimental value. DO NOT BUY !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ha uns 15d atras Oseas esteve na minha casa entregando um aquario. Material de pessima qualidade, e meu marido reclamou ... durante esse periodo de discussão entre vocês, você o bloqueou!
Tentei contato pedindo que entrasse em contato e resolvesse ...
Mas Acontece que no sabado passado (08/08/20) o aquario rompeu! Vazou toda agua e por sorte nao perdemos todos os peixes!! Nosso prejuizo passa de 1mil, o aquario foi desmontado e esta na porta de casa. Teremos q fazer um novo. Peço que entre em contato comigo para negociarmos da melhor forma possivel esse ressarcimento. Para que nao seja necessario entrarmos em um processo judicial nos pequenas causas, dessa forma abalando com a credibilidade da sua loja.
