★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ja fui ate que bem atendido pela equipe do balcão porém fui à loja e um f um funcionário me atendeu na porta,( QUE POR SINAL, MUITO MAL ATENDIDO, E MAL RESOLVI O PROBLEMA) UMA PENA, mas enfim, é isso. Sou cliente bia locadora, se eu tivesse um contrato e a empresa ( os carros) fossem meu, eu revia o contrato e meus conceito.
I went until I was well attended by the counter staff but I went to the store and an employee answered me at the door, (THAT SUCH, VERY EVILLY SERVED, AND EVILLY SOLVED THE PROBLEM) A PENALTY, but anyway, that's it. I am a customer of the rental company, if I had a contract and the company (the cars) were mine, I would review the contract and my concepts.
