★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, tive uma péssima experiência com eles. Disseram que podiam ajeitar uma peça, no fim a costureira pôs a perder e tentou ainda colocar a culpa em mim. Disseram que iam me ressarcir com um crédito na loja ou algo assim e que iam entrar logo em contato, isso já faz duas semanas. Achei que pelas boas avaliações conseguiria ajeitar a peça, mas essa foi a primeira e última vez que tento ajeitar alguma peça lá, especialmente com uma costureira como essa. Não costumo fazer avaliação negativa de canto nenhum, mas o péssimo atendimento me forçou a isso. Não recomendo de maneira alguma esse lugar.
 Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with them. They said they could fix a piece, in the end the seamstress lost and tried to put the blame on me. They said they were going to reimburse me with a credit at the store or something and that they were going to get in touch right away, that's been two weeks. I thought that due to the good evaluations I would be able to fix the garment, but this was the first and last time I tried to fix some garment there, especially with a seamstress like this. I don't usually do a negative evaluation of any song, but the terrible service forced me to do it. I do not recommend this place at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre levo as calças do meu esposo para fazer o tingimento industrial e elas retornam Novas, como se tivesse acabado de comprar. Nem parece que foi tingida. E sempre sou bem atendida. Eu indico de olhos fechados.
I always take my husband's pants to do industrial dyeing and they return Novas, as if I had just bought them. It doesn't even look like it was dyed. And I am always well attended. I indicate with my eyes closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enviei uma peça, deram o prazo de 1 semana e no dia quando fui buscar fui informada por uma funcionária que a peça não estava pronta e que o dono iria me ligar no mesmo dia informando o novo prazo.
Eu esperei e como ninguém me ligou eu mesma liguei. Aumentaram o prazo para mais uma semana, de segunda iam me entregar sexta a noite, sendo que eu preciso da peça no sábado de manhã.
Assim como um comentário que vi aqui, ainda tentaram atribuir a culpa a mim, por eu não ter entendido que o prazo informado não contava com a lavagem, sendo que quando se dá um prazo, se dá um prazo do serviço como um todo, não de partes. E de qualquer modo no dia previsto não estava nada pronto.
I sent a part, they gave the deadline of 1 week and on the day when I went to pick it up I was informed by an employee that the part was not ready and that the owner would call me the same day informing me of the new deadline.
I waited and as no one called me I called myself. They extended the deadline to another week, from Monday they would deliver it to me Friday night, and I need the piece on Saturday morning.
As well as a comment I saw here, they still tried to blame me, because I did not understand that the deadline informed did not include the washing, and when there is a deadline, there is a deadline for the service as a whole, no of parts. And in any case, on the scheduled day, nothing was done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, além de receberem encomendas além do que poderiam suportar, valores acima do cobrado em outros locais do mesmo nível, o dono é extremamente mal educado e estressado, pois não aceitava críticas, chegando a se irritar com quem reclamasse da demora. Não volto lá nunca mais.
Terrible, in addition to receiving orders beyond what they could handle, values above the charged in other places of the same level, the owner is extremely rude and stressed, as he did not accept criticism, getting annoyed with anyone who complained about the delay. I won't go back there ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui bem atendido, me admirou a rapidez no atendimento e a entrega um dia antes do prazo. Serviço ficou bem feito, do jeito que eu esperava. Preço foi razoável e tem lugar adequado pra provar as roupas com ambiente climatizado. Pra que precisa dar aquele retoque na roupa com acabamento profissional, eu recomendo essa loja.
