Ponto negativo. Faltou parafusos em algumas partes e Falhas nos acabamentos.
Excellent company. Fixed my air conditioner in 3 hours. The official Consul's workshop in Ananindeua took 5 days to try to give a quote, and it didn't even deliver.
Negative point. Missing screws in some parts and flaws in the finishes.
