★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido na segunda-feira - finalizado na terça-feira - de preenchedores com envio Sedex (entrega de 1 dia útil), pois possuía pacientes agendados no sábado. No dia seguinte o produto não havia chegado. Aguardei até quinta-feira e entrei em contato com a empresa pelo WhatsApp (ferramenta pela qual fazia os pedidos) às 11hrs da manhã solicitando o número de rastreio. Não obtive resposta. Entrei novamente em contato as 16hrs e fui respondida as 17hrs com a atendente dizendo que meu produto foi extraviado e questionando se seria possível um novo envio na segunda-feria, visto que sexta era feriado.
Referi que sim, mas que precisaria do número de rastreio para justificar o extravio aos meus pacientes. Neste momento a atendente se desesperou e logo me pediu para cancelar a compra e que iria estornar o dinheiro. Diante dessa situação ficou claro que a mesma não havia enviado o meu produto, pois não teria dificuldade em me enviar o número e um novo produto na segunda. Expressei isso a ela e reforcei que em nenhum momento eu solicitei o cancelamento do pedido, mesmo estando nítida essa falha. Sem mais conversa, ela me enviou o comprovante de agendamento de transferência e me bloqueou, antes mesmo do dinheiro cair na minha conta. Ou seja, além de me prejudicar profissionalmente, pois tive que desmarcar meus pacientes, ainda teve uma atitude exagerada, amadora e de descaso.
Não recomendo encomendar produtos dessa empresa a ninguém.
 I placed an order on Monday - ended Tuesday - for Sedex shipping fillers (1 business day delivery) because I had patients scheduled on Saturday. The next day the product had not arrived. I waited until Thursday and contacted the company through WhatsApp (the tool by which I placed orders) at 11am asking for the tracking number. I got no answer. I contacted again at 16hrs and was answered at 17hrs with the clerk saying that my product was misplaced and wondering if a second shipment was possible on Monday, since Friday was a holiday.
I said yes, but I would need the tracking number to justify the loss to my patients. At this point the clerk despaired and soon asked me to cancel the purchase and would reverse the money. Given this situation it was clear that she had not sent my product, because it would have no difficulty sending me the number and a new product in the second. I expressed this to her and stressed that at no time did I request the cancellation of the order, even though this failure is clear. Without further conversation, she sent me the transfer schedule receipt and blocked me, even before the money fell into my account. In other words, besides hurting me professionally, because I had to uncheck my patients, I still had an exaggerated, amateurish and careless attitude.
I do not recommend ordering products from this company to anyone.
