Primeiro momento informara que iria demorar devido a alta demanda. Depois de 3hrs ainda não haviam entregue e religuei, disseram que o entregador estava saindo... se passou 1hr e nada da entrega, então mais uma vez liguei e eles não atendiam mais. Fiquei sem água. Não têm o mínimo de atenção com os clientes que ligam para solicitar água.
Isso aconteceu 2x comigo, imagina com quantas outras pessoas ja se repetiu essa história

After 3hrs they still hadn't delivered and I turned it back on, they said the delivery guy was leaving ... if 1hr passed and nothing about delivery, then I called again and they didn't answer anymore. I ran out of water. They do not have the least attention with customers who call to request water.
This happened twice with me, imagine how many other people have repeated this story

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima... Solicitei 24 garrafinhas de 1/2 litro e um galão de 5L de água mineral às 1300hs e agendei para às 17:00hs... Uma vez que não havia garrafas de 1,5L na loja devido a grande demanda no Rio... As marcas não eram grandes coisas mas, resolvi pedir... Liguei mais 3 vezes na loja pois falavam sempre que o pedido já havia saido. O entregador só chegou às 20:30hs e com o pedido todo errado... Trouxe 2 galões de 20 litros e apenas o de 5 litros da marca Ipanema estava correta.. Eu não tinha como virar aqueles galões enormes e pedi para ele levar de volta.
Fiquei muito chateado pois não fiz nada aguardando a entrega e para vir tudo errado. Primeira e última vez que eu peço nessa loja e não recomendo a ninguém...
