★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima administradora de condomínios.... Enviam boletos por e-mail quando bem entendem, difícil contato com a responsável pelo prédio, não respondem emails, enfim não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alugo um imóvel com eles há um ano, nunca recebi o contrato assinado, pois disseram estar trabalhando em casa e hoje liguei e descobri estarem no escritório, o boleto do aluguel nunca é enviado, todo mês tenho que cobrar, isso quando não tenho que ligar e pedir que registrem o boleto, pois não consigo pagar, o que foi o caso hoje.
Extremamente cansativo e desgastante! Péssimo atendimento! Falta vontade de atender o cliente!
I have been renting a property with them for a year, I never received the signed contract, as they said they were working from home and today I called and found out they were at the office, the rent slip is never sent, I have to charge every month, when I don't have to call and ask them to register the bank slip, as I can't pay, which was the case today.
Extremely tiring and exhausting! Terrible attendance! Lack of willingness to serve the customer!

Estou tentando alugar uma unidade desde o dia 18/04/2022, quando minha proposta foi aceita.
Dia 19/05/2022 foi a última vez que a corretora falou comigo, dizendo que o contrato estava sendo refeito, pois precisava de alguns ajustes.
Desde então tento obter atualizações, via telefone, e-mail e WhatsApp, porém sem sucesso. Hoje, 01/06/2022, ainda não obtive nenhuma resposta.
SUMIRAM!
DO NOT TRY TO RENT WITH THEM, TOTAL DISREGARD!
I've been trying to rent a unit since 04/18/2022, when my proposal was accepted.
05/19/2022 was the last time the brokerage spoke to me, saying that the contract was being redone, as it needed some adjustments.
Since then I've tried to get updates, via phone, email and WhatsApp, but without success. Today, 01/06/2022, I still haven't received any response.
GONE!

O atendimento tem sido todos estes anos de muita parceria e comprometimento, são sempre muito solícitos. Achei muito estranha a pontuação e resolvi ler algumas avaliações. O que vi aqui comentado, pessoas apenas falando péssimo atendimento, a grande maioria nem fala o motivo do descontentamento. A grande maioria das pessoas tratam os prestadores de serviço com escravos, querem tudo de imediato, esquecem que existem outras pessoas a serem atendidas também, são pessoa que só olham para seu próprio umbigo. Antes de reclamar a gente precisa se colocar no lugar do outro e e ver se realmente estamos com razão. Falo isso porque eu pratico o que estou falando e quantas vezes precisei recuar e entender que eu estava com muita pressa e ninguém é responsável pelo meu tempo ou que estava nervosa e falei de uma maneira não muito delicada.
O mundo esta precisando de pessoas altruístas fica a dica.

What I saw commented here, people just saying bad service, the vast majority doesn't even mention the reason for the discontent. The vast majority of people treat service providers like slaves, they want everything right away, they forget that there are other people to be attended to as well, they are people who only look at their own belly button. Before complaining, we need to put ourselves in the other's shoes and see if we are really right. I say this because I practice what I'm saying and how many times I had to step back and understand that I was in a big hurry and no one is responsible for my time or that I was nervous and I spoke in a not very delicate way.
The world is in need of altruistic people is the tip.
