★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Péssimo pós-venda. Passei situação tenebrosa nesta Aramis. Comprei um costume, que descosturou nas costas em 2 meses, e retornei a loja para troca. Informaram que iriam consertar sem a necessidade de troca, mas quando fui buscar, ficou uma marca visível do consertos exigi a troca do produto. Trocaram, e quando fui buscar, informaram que não ajustariam o costume pois a alfaiate havia sido demitida pelo caso do conserto anterior. Levei a um alfaiate de confiança, e já uso o costume há 1 ano sem problemas. Vim morar em Brasília, e hoje fui a Aramis do shopping Iguatemi. Outro tratamento! ME FALARAM QUE TODOS OS PRODUTOS ARAMIS TÊM GARANTIA NO BRASIL INTEIRO EM TODAS AS LOJAS, bem como me deram um atendimento com aten;áo, carisma, etc, coisa que nunca me falaram ou tive nesta Aramis de São Luís. Enfim, vá a qualquer Aramis, menos a esta do São Luís Shopping. Obs: o comportamento dos funcionários normalmente reflete o tratamento recebido pelos donos. Devem ser "ótimos"donos os desta franquia.
Terrible attendance. Bad after-sales. I went through a dark situation in this Aramis. I bought a costume, which I sewed on the back in 2 months, and returned to the store for an exchange. They informed that they would fix it without the need for exchange, but when I went to get it, a visible mark of the repairs was left and I demanded the exchange of the product. They changed it, and when I went to get it, they said they would not adjust the custom because the tailor had been fired for the previous repair case. I took it to a reliable tailor, and I have been wearing the costume for 1 year without any problems. I came to live in Brasília, and today I went to Aramis at the Iguatemi mall. Another treatment! I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT ALL ARAMIS PRODUCTS HAVE A GUARANTEE IN ENTIRE BRAZIL IN ALL STORES, as well as giving me a service with attention, charisma, etc., something that I have never been told or had in this Aramis of São Luís. Anyway, go to any Aramis, less this one from São Luís Shopping. Note: the behavior of employees usually reflects the treatment received by the owners. They must be "great" owners of this franchise.
