Falta de profissionalismo, não ter conhecimento sobre o assunto é aceitável, mas destratar uma pessoa por não saber do que se trata é ser muito apedeuta. Buscar conhecimento nunca é demais!
I called in the biggest education asking for information if this company works with a modular deck and I was super distraught on the phone, they said I didn't know what I was talking about. Lack of professionalism, not having knowledge about the subject is acceptable, but to disgrace a person for not knowing what it is about is to be very apedute. Seeking knowledge never hurts!
