Meu carro estava com problema no ar, levei a outros lugares que davam diagnósticos falsos e o ar saia da loja funcionando, mas chegava em casa parava. Levei no Arautos, ele diagnosticou o problema de forma exata. Era apenas um relé... Cerca de 30 reais. Saí de lá mega satisfeita e meu ar ótimo até hoje.
Recomendo não só pelo atendimento, quanto experiência e acima de tudo honestidade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico pelo fato quê fez o diagnóstico errado do problema do automóvel, no sistema de ar condicionado (...) onde paguei 390, onde não tinha problema nenhum no serviço realizado. O problema continuou no ar do carro após ser feito o serviço(...) onde retornei 3, ou 4 vezes sem sucesso do problema real que ocorreu no sistema do ar.
