Todos os outros lugares disponibilizam uma pessoa para ir até a sua casa e fazer a metragem da laje, pois se são eles o fabricante sob medida, eles que precisam ver o local. O despreparo para o atendimento é tão grande que o atendente só queria saber de valores de outros lugares. O tempo todo me perguntando quanto foi que outros lugares me cobraram. Nem tudo é sobre preço! Às vezes preferimos pagar mais caro por um lugar onde teremos excelência no atendimento!
I do not recommend buying there. Terrible attendance! The person who answered my call at any time was able to help me. All other places provide a person to come to your home and make the slab footage, because if they are the custom manufacturer, they need to see the place. The unpreparedness for the service is so great that the attendant just wanted to know about values from other places. All the time asking me how much other places have charged me. It's not all about price! Sometimes we prefer to pay more for a place where we will have excellent service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei nesse local porém a atendente nanci parece não querer atender, não fazem a medição da laje no local (ficando por nossa conta ), atendimento realmente péssimo, e o cliente quer preço sim porém o atendimento faz a diferença. só uma sugestão, tratar melhor os clientes gera indicações para outras lajes, é uma via de mão dupla.
Enfim, achei necessário deixar minha experiência e evitar aborrecimentos para outras pessoas.
I called in this place but the attendant nanci does not seem to want to answer, they do not measure the slab on site (being on our own), really bad service, and the customer wants a price, but the service does make a difference. just a suggestion, treating customers better generates referrals to other slabs, it’s a two-way street.
Anyway, I found it necessary to leave my experience and avoid hassles for other people.
