Isso é um desrespeitoso com o jurisdicionado e com os advogados, que também suas agendas totalmente inviabilizada. Quando ocorre o contrário, ou seja são as partes ou seus advogados que se atrasam, dificilmente impera o bom senso entre os servidores da justiça. Esta é a triste realidade de nossa justiça, onde "todos são iguais, mais uns são mais iguais que os outros"
The initiative is very good but the execution is terrible. I had hearings that began more than 1 hour late. This is a disrespectful with the jurisdiction and with the lawyers, who also their agendas totally unfeasible. When the opposite occurs, in other words, it is the parties or their lawyers who are late, the common sense among the servants of justice is hardly common. This is the sad reality of our justice, where "all are equal, some are more equal than others"
