★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia seis de fevereiro minha vó entrou em contato com o petshop para podemos dar banho no nosso gatinho de estimação, pois ele é meio bravinho e por isso precisamos de profissionais que tenham experiência e competência para poder dar banho em animais. Moro em uma casa de quatro andares e no primeiro andar temos um supermercado. Pois bem, o veterinário foi até a minha casa pegou o gato nas mãos da minha avó e levou para dar banho, aí além dele não conseguir dar banho no gato, quando ele chegou na minha casa, se dirigiu a pessoa que estava no caixa do supermercado e pediu para chamar a minha avó para devolver o gato sem banho. Ai, pessoa que estava no caixa,(covarde) Simplesmente mandou o veterinário para soltar meu gato no meio de um campo de de futebol em frente a minha casa! E o veterinário simplesmente soltou o gato e devolveu a casinha sem o gato para a minha vó e Simplismente foi embora! Quando cheguei em casa, fiquei sabendo que o gato tinha fugido no petshop. Aí foi quando entrei em contato com o pet para saber o que exatamente aconteceu com o meu gato e quais providências eles iriam tomar. Para a minha surpresa o dono do pet informou que foi uma pessoa do supermercado que mandou eles soltarem o gato na rua e eles simplesmente sem entrar em contato com a pessoa que contratou o serviço, o cara que se diz "profissional", foi lá e soltou o gato, no meio do campo de futebol, debaixo de chuva. Além da pessoa que mandou soltar o gato ser um idiota e covarde, o profissional é muito mais covarde e além de tudo incompetente, porque se eu contrato um serviço, você tem que ou me devolver com o serviço pronto ou me dar alguma satisfação de porque ele não foi feito. Não importa se alguém mandou soltar o gato, o gato deveria ser devolvido na mão do dono e ponto final, incompetência é pouco de vocês da clínica, são irresponsáveis e covardes, eu vou tomar providências legais contra vocês, uma vez que tenho toda a ação gravada nas cameras de segurança do meu supermercado, contra vocês é contra o covarde que deu a ordem de soltar o meu gato. Quando a pessoa mandou soltar o gatinho na rua, o minimo que vocês deveria ter feito era ter ligado para quem estava pagando vocês e informado o que estava acontecendo.Vocês são covardes e incompetentes. Estou super insatisfeita com a o trabalho porco dessa clínica! Graças a Deus consegui encontrar meu gatinho, todo machucado e molhado e hj ele passa bem. E eu passo bem longe desse pet.
On the 6th of February my grandmother got in touch with the petshop so we can bathe our pet kitten, as he is kind of brave and therefore we need professionals who have experience and competence to be able to bathe animals. I live in a four-story house and on the first floor we have a supermarket. Well, the vet came to my house and took the cat in my grandmother's hands and took it to bathe, then besides he was unable to bathe the cat, when he arrived at my house, he addressed the person who was at the cashier's supermarket and asked to call my grandmother to return the cat without a bath. Oh, the person at the checkout, (coward) Just sent the vet to release my cat in the middle of a football field in front of my house! And the vet just let go of the cat and returned the little house without the cat to my grandma and it just left! When I got home, I learned that the cat had run away in the petshop. That's when I got in touch with the pet to find out what exactly happened to my cat and what steps they would take. To my surprise the owner of the pet reported that it was a person from the supermarket who told them to release the cat on the street and they simply without contacting the person who hired the service, the guy who calls himself "professional", went there and released the cat, in the middle of the football field, in the rain. In addition to the person who ordered the cat to be released to be an idiot and a coward, the professional is much more cowardly and beyond all incompetent, because if I hire a service, you have to either return it with the service ready or give me some satisfaction as to why it was not done. It doesn't matter if someone ordered the cat to be released, the cat should be returned in the owner's hand and that's it, incompetence is little of you from the clinic, they are irresponsible and cowardly, I will take legal action against you, since I have all the action recorded on the security cameras of my supermarket, against you is against the coward who gave the order to release my cat. When the person told you to release the kitten on the street, the least you should have done was call whoever was paying you and tell them what was going on. You are cowards and incompetent. I am very dissatisfied with the hard work of this clinic! Thank God I managed to find my kitten, all bruised and wet and today he is doing well. And I step far from that pet.

I was in the veterinary clinic worst experience I had, I spent a lot with my cat and had no result, they are terrible professionals. I do not recommend the veterinary clinic. When Noah's Ark was very well attended, I recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu filhote de Spitz para o primeiro banho. Eles iriam usar o soprador (que faz um barulho muito forte e não deve ser usado em filhotes) e informei para não usarem. Na entrega tinham realizado uma tosa higiênica no qual usaram maquina em metade da barriga do filhote (sendo que nessa raça que possui pelo primitivo NUNCA deve-se utilizar maquina pelo risco de alopecia).
Enfim péssima experiência! Se tiver filhote ou animal de pelo primitivo não leve nesse lugar, irão passar raiva.
I took my Spitz puppy to the first bath. They were going to use the blower (which makes a very loud noise and shouldn't be used on puppies) and I told them not to. Upon delivery, they had carried out a hygienic clipping in which they used a machine on half of the puppy's belly (and in this breed that has primitive hair, you should NEVER use a machine because of the risk of alopecia).
Anyway, bad experience! If you have a puppy or primitive fur animal, don't take it there, they will go through rabies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiencia. Deixei meu gatinho ás 8h30 (primeiro horario) para banho e tosa. Após uma hora liguei e a atendente disse que ia demorar mais um pouco, liguei novamente e ela disse que iria colocar uma mordaça na boca dele, pois estava nervoso. As 11h45 ela liga para que eu ajudasse no banho. Enfim meu gato ficou mais de 3h dentro de caixa, fez coco, estava chorando... Em vez de me ligar no primeiro momento que não havia conseguido tirar ele da caixa, atenderam outros animais e ele teve uma manhã horrivel, está super estressado. Não recomendo. não tem carinho nenhum com seu pet.
Bad experience. I left my kitten at 8:30 am (early time) for bathing and grooming.
