Quando fiz o tratamento foi feito de qualidade o que nao aconteceu agora com com revisĂŁo paguei um absurdo somente por limpeza e duas restauração. Que pela segunda vez caiu a rezina de uma das restauração. Insatisfação total. Cheha ser bem desagradĂĄvel

When I did the treatment it was done with quality which did not happen now with the revision I paid an absurd amount just for cleaning and two restorations. â â â â â Um absurdo o atendimento deles com os clientes. Minha esposa começou um tratamento que era pra ter duramento de 3 meses, jĂĄ tem 1 ano e ela nĂŁo acabou otratamwnto. AlĂ©m de caro, nĂŁo cumprem com as coisas combinadas. Quando chega prĂłximo da data de atendimento, eles simplesmente desmarcam e remarcam pra data que eles querem. Sem ao menos perguntar se vocĂȘ pode ser atendido ou se a data estĂĄ boa. AlĂ©m de que, marcam pra 20, 25 dias depois. Um absurdo o descaso com o paciente. O slogan deles deveria ser, Arcata, se vocĂȘ possui tempo pra fazer o tratamento, faça conosco, pois nĂŁo cumprimos com prazo nenhum.
Their customer service is absurd. My wife started a treatment that was supposed to last for 3 months, it's been 1 year now and she hasn't finished the treatment. In addition to being expensive, they do not comply with the agreed upon things. When it gets close to the service date, they simply unbook and reschedule for the date they want. Without even asking if you can be attended to or if the date is good. In addition, they schedule for 20, 25 days later. The disregard for the patient is absurd. Their slogan should be, Arcata, if you have the time to do the treatment, do it with us, because we don't meet any deadlines.

A ressalva que faço Ă© sobre a forma de gerenciamento da clĂnica, nĂŁo tem um acompanhamento das consultas/ tratamento dos clientes, muitas vezes somos nĂłs que temos que acompanhar as marcaçÔes e o que fazer. Presenciei vĂĄrios conflitos que poderiam facilmente nĂŁo terem acontecido se houvesse um melhor Acompanhamento. Inclusive eu mesmo tive vĂĄrios problemas de gestĂŁo, que nĂŁo criei maiores problemas por preferir o diĂĄlogo. No mais tudo bem . Abraços
Professionals and attendants score 10. The caveat I make is about the way the clinic is managed, there is no follow-up of consultations/treatment of clients, often we are the ones who have to follow the appointments and what to do. I witnessed several conflicts that could easily not have happened if there had been better Monitoring.
