Tinham pronta entrega e foi executado o serviço dentro da data acordada. Muito satisfeito com o atendimento.
The company made an initial visit at no cost to assess the installation and specify the ideal equipment for my environment, then I received the budget through Janaína, we closed the part related to the price of air conditioning and installation services. They had prompt delivery and the service was performed within the agreed date. Very satisfied with the service.

No primeiro atendimento, fui informado que o prazo para a instalação era de 4 dias úteis. No dia que liguei para perguntar se viriam em minha casa ou não, fui informado que o prazo havia mudado e eu deveria esperar 12 dias úteis após a visita. Meu conselho é: não confiem nessa empresa! Profissionalismo ZERO!
In the first appointment, I was surprised by the education and professionalism. However, they made me wait 14 days for an appointment and gave me cake. At the first appointment, I was informed that the deadline for installation was 4 working days. The day I called to ask if they would come to my house or not, I was informed that the deadline had changed and I should wait 12 working days after the visit. My advice is: don't trust this company! ZERO professionalism!

Paguei um pouquinho acima da média em relação ao que outros profissionais estavam cobrando pelo serviço mas certamente valeu cada centavo investido. Instalação de primeira, incluindo serviços de pedreiro e instalação do equipamento. Recomendo esta empresa para quem quer buscar a melhor solução e não ter problemas no futuro.
Educated and technically trained professionals. I paid a little above average compared to what other professionals were charging for the service but it was certainly worth every penny invested. First-rate installation, including mason services and equipment installation. I recommend this company to anyone who wants to seek the best solution and not have problems in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ realizei uma compra de um ar condicionado de 80.000 btus em BH de um distribuidor. desde o inicio problemas com o primeiro instalador de outra empresa recomendado pelo distribuidor para que tivesse acesso a garantia estendida de 3 anos. depois recomendou a Arcongel com OS aberta direto pelo distribuidor para resolver meu problema. Nao mudou nada ate hoje com a Arcongel. Solicitamos feed backs do reparo e nada, deixou um manometro aqui a quase 1 mes e sem retorno.
I made a purchase of an 80,000 btus air conditioner in BH from a distributor. from the start problems with the first third-party installer recommended by the distributor for access to the 3-year extended warranty. then recommended Arcongel with OS opened directly by the distributor to solve my problem. Nothing has changed until today with Arcongel. We requested feed backs from the repair and nothing, it left a pressure gauge here almost 1 month ago and no return.
