★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um lugar muito agradável e com um bom atendimento, acho que deveria rever a possibilidade de ampliar os banheiros, pois a quantidade de pessoas num evento não é confortável ficar por quase 20 minutos numa fila de banheiro. Ou então improviso de banheiro químico.
A very pleasant place with good service, I think I should review the possibility of expanding the bathrooms, as the number of people at an event is not comfortable staying for almost 20 minutes in a bathroom line. Or improvise a chemical toilet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O que estraga o lugar são as pessoas e nesse caso os funcionários, algumas meninas super despreparadas bebidas cara e pouca variedade e quente, banheiros sujos e sem água e quando é perguntado se alguém vai limpar o banheiro ninguém sabe falar, tive um problema pontual onde o gerente não soube resolver e ainda foi super grosso dizendo que o problema era meu e que ele não podia fazer nada, sendo que as garçonetes retiram minhas meus baldes ainda com bebida, onde e ele disse que só poderia ver as câmeras depois pq a sala estava cheia de caixa, a sala de segurança com caixa que absurdo, e ele me apontava para um lugar onde não tinha câmera. Deixo meu elogio para a equipe de segurança que realmente que estava lá fazendo jus ao cargo... diferente da equipe de atendimento, caixa, bar e limpeza
What spoils the place are the people and in this case the staff, some super unprepared girls, expensive drinks and little variety and hot, dirty bathrooms with no water and when asked if someone is going to clean the bathroom, nobody knows how to talk, I had a specific problem where the manager didn't know how to solve it and was super rude saying that the problem was mine and that he couldn't do anything, and the waitresses remove my buckets still with drinks, where he said he could only see the cameras later because the room it was full of boxes, the security room with a box that was absurd, and he was pointing me to a place where he didn't have a camera. I leave my compliments to the security team who were really there, living up to the position... different from the service, cashier, bar and cleaning staff
