Enfin com uma boa estrutura fisica porém carente em atendimento e principalmente em profissionais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os estrutores são bons mais os donos não tem comunicação nenhuma com os alunos, presenciei uma das meninas que malha lá fazendo uma reclamação sobre o ar condicionado que eles desligam lá nas aulas de cima, e nos ficamos no calor um absurdo como é que nós pagamos uma mensalidade na academia é o ar é desligado, no intervalo de cinco a dez minutos de uma aula para outra. Um dos donos respondeu a ela que se ela não estivesse satisfeita poderia sair. Como um dono de um comércio responde isso para uma cliente. Da próxima vez que eu for entrar em uma academia vou perguntar se eles cobram pelo ar condicionado.
The teachers are good but the owners don't have any communication with the students, I witnessed one of the girls working out there making a complaint about the air conditioning that they shut down in the upper classes, and we were in the heat, absurd how we pay a monthly fee in the gym is the air is turned off, in the interval of five to ten minutes from one class to another. One of the owners replied that if she was not satisfied she could leave. How a business owner answers that to a customer. Next time I go to a gym I’ll ask if they charge for air conditioning.
