Um show de comédia, com Ed Gama, organizado pela STUDIOR, num sábado, dia 29/10/2016.
Umas das minhas piores experiências com atendimento. Poucas vezes me senti tão desrespeitado. Primeiro porque o show estava marcado para as 20h e só começou às 22:30h. Segundo pq quase implorei para ser atendido. Desisti de esperar ser visto pelo UNICO garçom que havia no local e fui até o balcão fazer um pedido, mas tudo estava extremamente desorganizado e acabei desistindo tbm. Conversei com o responsável pela produção do evento 2 vezes, mas nada adiantou. Precisou o pessoal começar a ir embora pq já não aguentava mais esperar o show começar, para q eles tomassem uma providência de aumentar o número de garçons e colocar uma atração musical para tapear o público. Total falta de respeito com os clientes. Nem o Ed Gama, como todo o seu talento, conseguiu salvar a minha noite. #decepcionado!

One of my worst experiences with care. I have rarely felt so disrespected. First because the show was scheduled for 20h and only started at 22:30. Second because I almost begged to be attended. I gave up waiting to be seen by the ONLY waiter at the place and went to the counter to place an order, but everything was extremely disorganized and I ended up giving up too. I talked to the person responsible for the production of the event 2 times, but nothing worked. He had to start leaving because he could no longer wait for the show to begin, so that they could take steps to increase the number of waiters and put a musical attraction to cover the audience. Total lack of respect with customers. Not even Ed Gama, like all his talent, could save my night. #disappointed!
