★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima internet lugar onde se paga para ter 30 megas e te dão apenas 0,21, isso é uma vergonha ficam dizendo que vai enviar técnico mas é mesmo que nada ninguém resolve nada problema é o mal serviço prestado mesmo! Só dor de cabeça
Bad internet place where it pays to have 30 megs and they give you only 0.21, this is a shame they say they will send technician but it really is that no one solves anything problem is the poor service really provided! Just a headache

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa arena connect ou telecom é uma palhaçada! desde quando eu assinei, quando a net caia eles diziam que deu problema no cabo, no inicio,eu ate acreditava,mas com o passar do tempo,nem atendiam mais o telefone.Sou cliente a pouco mais de um ano e ja e lei, a cada quatro dias a net cai uma vez e se chover, já e instantâneo, a net cai. Isso sem falar que se a net cair no domingo so vai voltar segunda,pois eles nao tem suporte 24-7.Porque eu continuo com esse provedor?pela pesquisa que eu fiz,não tenho outros que vale a pena trocar.
This connect or telecom arena sucks! since when I signed, when the net fall they said that it gave problem in the cable, at first, I even believed, but with the passage of time, neither answered the phone anymore.I was a little more than a year and ja and lei, every four days the net falls once and if it rains, already and instantaneous, the net falls. Not to mention that if the net falls on Sunday it will only come back Monday because they do not have 24-7 support. Because I continue with this provider? ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência e não recomendo a ninguém. Funcionária prometeu instalar em 48 horas e ficou dizendo :" chego já " e levou uma semana . Quiseram cobrar a instalação, me fizeram assinar um contrato , não me deram segunda via, nem boleto nem comprovante de pagamento.
O dono da empresa negou-se a fornecer o CNPJ, me intimidou dizendo que era formado em direito , não viu o lado do cliente, não defendeu a funcionária e ainda me mandou procurar o Procon , negando-se a fazer qualquer acordo .

Bad experience and I don't recommend it to anyone. The employee promised to install it in 48 hours and was saying: "I'll be right there" and it took a week. They wanted to charge for the installation, they made me sign a contract, they didn't give me a duplicate, nor a payment slip or proof of payment.
The owner of the company refused to provide the CNPJ, intimidated me saying he was a law graduate, did not see the client side, did not defend the employee and even sent me to look for Procon, refusing to make any agreement.
