★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, além da Sra. Gerente não ter o mínimo interesse em nós atender pois estava mais interessada em ficar conversando no WhatsApp, tratou super mal uma senhora porque estava vestida de trajes mais simples, se você quer passar nervoso vá até a Arezzo Rio Claro e se delicie.
Este péssimo atendimento não é o padrão ea rede, moramos em São Paulo e estamos acostumados em ser bem atendidos e não presenciar discriminação contra os demais clientes. Nota zero para esta franquia.
Poor service, besides Mrs. Manager not having the slightest interest in us because she was more interested in talking on WhatsApp, she treated a lady very badly because she was dressed in simpler clothes, if you want to be nervous go to Arezzo Rio Claro and be delighted.
This terrible service is not the standard and the network, we live in São Paulo and we are used to being well served and not to experience discrimination against other customers. Zero score for this franchise.
