Very nice place, clean and organized. Excellent service, especially from the manager. The franchisor could train the staff at the Americana store to serve as this Outlet manager.

Mercadoria feia, poucas opções de tamanhos.
Fui maltrada pela gerente depois de ficar 40 minutos na fila do caixa e questionar uma informação equivocada.
Nunca mais volto e recomendaria o mesmo para quem não conhece.
Terrible service.
Ugly merchandise, few size options.
I was mistreated by the manager after standing in line at the cashier for 40 minutes and questioning wrong information.
I will never go back and would recommend the same to anyone who doesn't know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. As atendentes falaram boa tarde e só. Ninguém veio nos atender e precisamos ficar indo atrás delas para saber dos produtos. Loja vazia e elas sem atenção nenhuma com os clientes presentes. Precisa melhorar muito pra ficar ruim.
Terrible service. The attendants said good afternoon and that was it. Nobody came to help us and we had to go after them to find out about the products. Empty store and they don't pay any attention to the customers present. It needs to improve a lot to get bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem que poderiam dispor da mesma variedade de modelos com números iguais ao praticados nas lojas da rede. Os valores são mais baixos, mas não possuem tanta variedade..uma pena, está loja tem tudo para ser uma piloto em vendas.
They could have the same variety of models with the same numbers as those practiced in the chain's stores. The prices are lower, but they don't have as much variety.. a pity, this store has everything to be a pilot in sales.
