★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não esperem ter um atendimento de qualidade. A internet cai com frequência no final de semana, principalmente no domingo, e você fica sem ter com quem reclamar. Hoje liguei várias vezes e chamou, aparentemente alguém atendeu todas as vezes que liguei, mas não falou nada. Escutei um barulho ao fundo, até gritei e nada. Você fica na mão e não tem com quem reclamar. O atendimento deixa muito a desejar.

Quem trabalha home-office e depende dessa Internet vai a falência.
Meu pacote contratado são de 50 megas, mas não suporta nem 5 celulares conectados na Internet ao mesmo tempo.
Não recomendo!!!!! ?

Por exemplo, se você pagar 50 mg vai receber entre 5/8mg e nunca funciona.
Eles não atende o prometido, uma empresa enganadora. Qualquer cliente com certeza fica insatisfeito com o serviços deles. E de pescima qualidade.
Eu já estou a mais de uma semana sem internet e eles não resolvem, estou trocando de operadora. Com a argo só tive problema não indico a ninguém.
I don't recommend the company, it doesn't meet the plans.
For example, if you pay 50mg you will get between 5/8mg and it never works.
They don't deliver what they promised, a deceptive company. Any customer is sure to be dissatisfied with their service. And of terrible quality.
I've been without internet for over a week and they don't solve it, I'm changing operator. I only had a problem with argo, I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratamos a internet da Argo Telecom de 200Mbps há umas duas semanas, e até o momento está tudo OK (só caiu uma vez por uns breves minutos, mas logo em seguida ficou normal)...
Um detalhe interessante é que o nosso plano é de 200Mbps, mas no 5G (5Ghz), a velocidade ultrapassa em muito esses valores. Ela já chegou a atingir 256Mbps de download e 128Mbps de upload (no screenshot abaixo se pode conferir isso)... Estou impressionado com a Argo Telecom. Muito TOP! Tomara que fique assim sempre. ?
We hired Argo Telecom's 200Mbps internet a couple of weeks ago, and so far everything is OK (it only went down once for a few minutes, but then it was normal)...
An interesting detail is that our plan is 200Mbps, but on 5G (5Ghz), the speed far exceeds these values. It has already reached 256Mbps download and 128Mbps upload (on the screenshot below you can check that)... I'm impressed with Argo Telecom. Very cool! I hope it stays that way forever. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mais de 2 anos que sou cliente desse provedor, o atendimento é muito ruim não existe uma gerencia presente, existe uma burocracia bem século 19 para poder fazer uma mudança de titularidade tem que ser por (Escrita) em pleno século 21 um provedor de internet pedir pra fazer uma assinatura por escrita kkkkkkkk e também não atendem o celular, enfim não recomendo !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vieram instalar minha internet na quinta-feira e algumas horas depois ela parou de funcionar. Liguei lá e falaram que o atendimento ia ser pelo whatsapp, ok, mandei msg e eles demoram horrores pra responder e nenhuma solução até então. Só falaram pra desligar e ligar novamente o modem, mas isso não funcionou. Vou tentar resolver isso novamente na segunda-feira. Espero que tenha alguma solução. É, na verdade a solução é mandarem um técnico para verificar o q ocorreu. Não é tão difícil né!
