★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completamento decepcionada. Contratei o serviço para retirada de dois ar condicionados de um local para outro. Fui no meu carro pra levar os equipamentos. No dia da instalação o sr Janderson avisou que faltou gas pra colocar em umas das maquinas, desde que ele já sabia qe teria que colocar gas. Pediu o pagamento integral do valor dizendo que retornaria na semana seguinte. Não retornou nem nos avisou. Mandei mensagem perguntando quando ele iria. Falou que iria na semana seguinte e mais uma vez nao apareceu e nem deu satisfação. Tive que chamar outro profissional e pagar para apertar os parafusos porque o gas que ele colocou vazou pelas instalações do parafuso mal colocado. Fiquei muito aborrecida porque quando ele passou orçamento eu sequer pedi desconto, aceitei o valor que ele disse. Depois ele aina aumentou o valor. Recebeu e nem se deu o trabalho de dizer que nao podia mais nos atender.
 Completely disappointed. I hired the service to remove two air conditioners from one location to another. I went in my car to take the equipment. On the day of installation, Mr Janderson warned that there was no gas to put in one of the machines, since he already knew that he would have to put gas. He asked for full payment saying he would return the following week. He didn't return or notify us. I texted asking when he would go. He said he would go the following week and once again he didn't show up and didn't give any satisfaction. I had to call another professional and pay to tighten the screws because the gas he placed leaked through the installations of the misplaced screw. I was very upset because when he gave a quote I didn't even ask for a discount, I accepted the amount he said. Then he even increased the value. He received it and didn't even bother to say that he could no longer serve us.
