alem do meu caso, existem varios outros casos que as pessoas não recebem quando ocorre algum evento.
Dificilmente algum veículo realmente estará protegido nesta associação.
NÃO RECOMENDO A QUALQUER PESSOA!!!!!

Total lack of respect and commitment, motorcycle stolen 2 years ago and I didn't even get a call, every time I went after it I only received promises, even from Tony himself. Nothing Solved!

Me pediram pra passar 3 orçamentos de funelarias para eles, e segui conforme pediram ( ficou em media de R$ 7500 nas 3 funelarias), porém depois de mais de 3 semanas de demora me falaram que nao entraram em acordo com nenhuma das funelarias e pra piorar querem me depositar só R$ 1700 (não chega nem perto do valor do conserto) pra eu correr atrás de peças e funeleiro, obviamente que é impossível dessa mágica acontecer e enquanto isso já vai fazer mais de mês que ainda estou com o carro batido e parado.
HORRIBLE EEL PESSIMAAAA
They asked me to pass 3 budgets for them, and I followed as they asked (it was an average of R $ 7500 in the 3 factories), but after more than 3 weeks of delay they told me that they did not agree with any of the factories and for even worse, they want to deposit me only R $ 1700 (not even close to the amount of the repair) for me to run after pieces and a tinker, obviously it is impossible for this magic to happen and in the meantime it will be more than a month since I still have the car crashed and stopped.
