Eu costumo avaliar não só a venda mas também o pós venda também, e em momento algum percebi uma mudança de comportamento da parte dela, oque me fez perceber que o jeito prestativo e atencioso já é algo natural pra ela e ela não precisa forçar só para "agradar" o cliente.

Mas algo me fez mudar de decisão, o BELO atendimento da Kelly, para você que está lendo isso agora, acredite, ela da uma aula sobre pisos, eu só perguntei o valor e ela foi explicando diferença de um e de outro, explicou sobre os "mm", qual é a melhor opção pra residencial, qualidade do produto vendido, mandou até um vídeo batendo no piso para mostrar a qualidade.. Quando fui realizar cotações com outras empresas eu me senti uma atendente de pisos vinílicos rsrs, pois eu tinha propriedade nas palavras para falar do assunto, mas eu não posso deixar de dar esse mérito para a atendente Kelly, talvez pelo nome você pense que somos parentes (Kesly e Kelly) rsrs, mas não, esses elogios é de uma cliente satisfeita com o atendimento de uma funcionária!!! Uma funcionária que te atende pós o horário, uma funcionária que te dá todo atendimento, uma funcionária que fala com muito amor sobre o local que trabalha, SIM! A Kelly é a atendente que as empresas deveriam ter!
