Acorda porque sempre terão concorrentes no mercado e o atendimento é que conquista o cliente. Serio mesmo, atenda com mais gentileza e educacao pq todos os clientes sao importante.. se quiser vender so balao personalizado pronto pra festa.. fecha a loja e nao paga o ponto ! #ficaadica
normal store, Ariel's service is disrespectful, she thinks she's doing a favor, treats the elderly as if they were uncomfortable and the others as if she wanted them to leave the store right away. Wake up because there will always be competitors in the market and the service is what conquers the customer. Seriously, answer with more kindness and politeness because all customers are important.. if you want to sell only personalized balloons ready for the party.. close the store and don't pay the point! # stayadica
