Não se esforçaram nem um pouco para resolver meu problema. Resumindo: Consegui a mimha passagem e do meu pet em outra agência.
Did not like. I think there should be more attention to customers. I wanted to take a pet on the same plane and they said it wouldn't be possible, they sent me to the cargo area. They made no effort to solve my problem. In short: I got my ticket and my pet at another agency.
