Levei o carro para trocar o pneu, alinhar e balancear, e no mesmo dia ia viajar, quando já tinha saído da cidade e aumentei a velocidade a direção começou a vibrar muito, ou seja o carro foi mal balanceado. Tive que retornar para Arizona, quando cheguei lá um funcionário me disse que achava que era porque não estava balanceado os pneus, sendo que eu paguei a mais para que esse serviço fosse realizado. Péssimo! Não recomendo. Paguei por um serviço é não foi feito! Situação que coloca o cliente em risco.

I had to return to Arizona, when I got there an employee told me that he thought it was because the tires were not balanced, and I paid too much for this service to be performed. Terrible! I do not recommend. I paid for a service and it was not done! Situation that puts the customer at risk.
