A reposição foi feita de forma grossa, a pedra colocada foi maior que a do anel original, devido a isto a Arja Jóias abriu as garras que segurava a pedra original deixando-as mais larga e iregulares(tanto que um lado ficou mais alto que outro), além disso, as garras que originalmente eram bem retinhas agora não são mais, ficaram irregulares e onduladas. Entreguei uma peça, e por mais que ela mesma tenha sido me devoldoa, já não era a mesma. Outros lugares cobraram 3x mais barato e recuzaram o serviço por não ter a pedra do tamanho apropriado, antes o mesmo tivesse ocorrido mais uma vez.
Infelizmente o símbolo de compromisso que outrora fora escolhido com maior zelo e cuidado perdeu a essência e beleza singular que possuira

The replacement was made thickly, the stone placed was larger than the original ring, due to this Arja Jóias opened the claws that held the original stone leaving them wider and irregular (so much so that one side was higher than the other ), in addition, the claws that were originally quite straight are now no longer, they became irregular and wavy. I delivered a piece, and as much as it was given back to me, it was no longer the same. Other places charged 3x cheaper and declined the service because they didn't have the right size stone, before the same thing happened again.
Unfortunately, the symbol of commitment that was once chosen with greater zeal and care lost the essence and singular beauty that it had
