When we checked Ark's valuations, we were more relaxed about looking for real estate personnel. Then we booked with Weverson and right away both my wife and I really enjoyed his service. Always very helpful and attentive to the details we would like for our property. The service was so good that I can say that Weverson became our friend. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou morando em um imóvel cuja locação foi intermediada pela Ark imóveis. Praticamente a metade das lâmpadas do apartamento não funciona. O box do banheiro está vazando água. Vários interruptores estão dando curto circuito. Tem porta que não se fecha. E mais uma série de outros problemas. Os quais não constaram no laudo de vistoria de entrada. Comuniquei a imobiliária os problemas. A imobiliária disse que não é problema dela. Mandou eu procurar o proprietário para resolver. O proprietário por sua vez, também não está resolvendo nada. Não bastasse todo esse aborrecimento e transtorno, a imobiliária insiste, e tenta me coagir a assinar um laudo de vistoria que não corresponde a realidade. A lei do inquilinato foi rasgada e jogada na lata de lixo por essa imobiliária. Pense duas vezes antes de alugar um imóvel com eles.
I am living in a property whose lease was brokered by Ark real estate. Practically half of the light bulbs in the apartment don't work. The bathroom stall is leaking water. Several switches are shorting out. There's a door that doesn't close. And a host of other problems. Which were not included in the entry inspection report. I communicated the problems to the realtor. The realtor said it's not her problem. He told me to look for the owner to sort it out. The owner in turn is also not solving anything. As if all this annoyance and inconvenience were not enough, the real estate agent insists, and tries to coerce me into signing an inspection report that does not correspond to reality. The tenancy law was ripped up and thrown in the trash can by this real estate company. Think twice before renting a property with them.
