★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Você fica na fila muito tempo esperando pra fazer o teste rápido do covid e quando chega sua vez falam que acabou, ninguém tem a competência de avisar. Muito desorganizado, um desrepeito com os pacientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior lugar para se fazer exame periódico, marcam com a empresa para realizar o exame logo cedo pela manhã mas quando a gente chega lá o exame clínico só é realizado às 11h, a audiometria só as 15h ou seja, tem de ficar o dia inteiro lá pra realizar todos os exames. Tirando o atendimento das enfermeiras e das atendentes o resto é péssimo.
Worst place to have a periodic exam, they make an appointment with the company to carry out the exam early in the morning but when we get there the clinical exam is only carried out at 11 am, the audiometry only at 3 pm, that is, you have to stay there all day to perform all the exams. Apart from the care provided by nurses and attendants, the rest is terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar horrível, atendimento demorado e desorganizado. Você chega com horário marcado na expectativa de ser atendido de acordo com o combinado mas atendem por ordem de chegada, jogando o agendamento diretamente no lixo.
Sem contar a desorganização, cheguei às 15:00 e só fui chamado as 17:30 pois minha ficha tinha se perdido, o mesmo com outros pacientes.
Se a empresa não é capaz de atender a demanda de clientes que tem, que atenda somente o que é capaz.
Horrible place, slow and disorganized service. You arrive with an appointment expecting to be attended to as agreed, but they are on a first-come, first-served basis, throwing the appointment directly in the trash.
Not to mention the disorganization, I arrived at 15:00 and was only called at 17:30 because my file had been lost, the same with other patients.
If the company is not able to meet the demand of the customers it has, it should only meet what it is capable of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Agendei meu exame periodico na clínica para não ter que me deslocar ate São Paulo na sede da empresa, a orientação foi que o atendimento seria por ordem de chegada. Cheguei às 7:06, 2 pessoas na minha frente e fui atendida mais de 9:00. O que já é um desrespeito com qualquer um, só foi agravado pelo fato de eu estar gestante. Se tiver outra opção, não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu fico revoltada com a demora no atendimento , todas as vezes que precisei fazer exame admissional nessa clínica .
E fica claro que é falta de organização, pois clínicas em sp ou Sorocaba , que se tem um fluxo maior já fui atendida mais rápido .
Tem muito funcionário, mas mesmo assim é claro a falta de planejamento, e pouco caso que eles tem para resolver essa demora

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para ultrassom, infelizmente não indico, fui fazer gravida de 08 meses, o médico nem se quer, teve a sensibilidade de me ajudar a levantar, 02 min de exame, o aparelho de som pra ouvir o coração do bb péssimo, me entregaram o papel de exame , todo manchado de tinta de impressora, me chateou muito, porque tenho respeito pelos médicos, se eu não gostei de receber um exame daquele PAGO, como ia entregar? Pedi para reimprimirem, mais a impressora estava assim, devolveram meu dinheiro :)

I asked them to reprint it, but the printer was like this, they refunded my money :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vim, por meio de uma outra clínica, para fazer apenas para fazer uma radiografia de face. Um exame que dura, no máximo, 15 minutos. Esperei mais de uma hora e com a desculpa de que tinham outras pessoas na minha frente; mentira. Olhei no suporte e tinha apenas uma pessoa na minha frente, que também aguardava na sala de espera. Vi a técnica chegando da rua. Preferem mentir a dizer que a profissional está atrasada ou teve de sair. Clínica LOTADA, sem local para sentar. Atendimento péssimo, com atendentes sobrecarregadas e que não dão conta de atender adequadamente a uma serviço PAGO. MUITO BEM PAGO, POR SINAL.
