Yesterday I evaluated the service of this company, where I expressed my opinion as a consumer, I informed that I had problems with the cutilage, where my fingers were injured, although I warned that I had pain in the cuticles, the podiatrist claimed that it was only sensitivity due to the use of shoes, which would even be possible, BUT I found out that it wasn't, due to healing scars that appeared, so I didn't feel heard as a customer who was in a lot of pain. In the previous comment, I also reported that I was upset with the service because after removing the dressing and cement from the nail that it unlocked (note: in the previous comment I said that the nail was good), but I was afraid of people stepping on mine feet and was also embarrassed about the appearance of the nail, which was also bluish due to the application of the medicine (normal in cases of ingrown toenails), I just asked for a bandage tape, which she had (skin color) to protect the nails from just toes, she denied it, I insisted because I would go by bus, she denied it again, but in a harsh way, I even said that I would like to do it myself with my cotton and tape, but I felt very bad in the environment and decided to go uber . I felt a great lack of flexibility, I understand that you can't muffle your nails, but I was feeling very bad and it was a few minutes' journey, I would remove it when I got home, I told her that. I felt very low in self-esteem, I was upset and did not recommend the service. I understand that here, it is a specific place for evaluating attendance, so that the company welcomes the comments of the clients and reforms its dealings. I did not mention the fact that the podiatrist told me that I was a sad person, that I appeared to be taking prescription drugs and that I knew that I was "strayed" from the moment I entered the office. Did not like! Note: In the second session, I did not put bandages on my fingers, it was only on one, which was hurt due to the cut, and I informed that I had done this because I made a long journey by bus, train and metro with a slipper, after all, my cuticles were hurting. The previous comment, I removed, because I received several messages from the podiatrist on my private phone accusing me of denigrating her image. From the content of the messages, I felt threatened by exposure and a possible lawsuit asking for moral damages.
