Cheguei ao salão no horário agendado, chegando lá a recepcionista me levou até a cabeleireira que disse que não poderia fazer meu cabelo pois não realizava relaxamento, sem ao menos responder o boa tarde que dei quando cheguei até ela. Sendo que informei sobre o procedimento que gostaria de fazer quando liguei pra agendar, expliquei a química que usava e tudo mais.
A cabeleireira em questão, me tratou com desdém desde que cheguei, me pediu pra aguardar um minuto e quando retornou disse que realmente não poderiam fazer o meu cabelo. Nenhum outro funcionário se dispôs a resolver o problema causado pela pessoa que agendou.
Não recomendo.
Unfortunately I did not get served by the salon, because every problem occurred from the first attendance.
I arrived at the lounge at the scheduled time, arriving there the receptionist took me to the hairdresser who said I could not do my hair because I did not relax, without even answering the good afternoon I gave when I got to her. As I reported on the procedure I would like to do when I called to schedule, I explained the chemistry I was using and everything.
The hairdresser in question, treated me with disdain since I arrived, asked me to wait a minute and when he returned he said that they really could not do my hair. No other employee was willing to solve the problem caused by the person who scheduled it.
I do not recommend.
