★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já havia comprado algumas vezes,fui atendida por uma mulher, e,que por sinal muito atenciosa e educada.Porém na quinta 12/12/2019,estive na loja ,pedi um tecido o rapaz cortou e qdo fui pagar ,apesar de aceitar cartão o mesmo informou que não aceitava pgto no crédito, eu disse que infelizmente só estava com esse cartão e que o mesmo só tinha função crédito. Nossa,fiquei super envergonhada pq tinha mais clientes na Lj e ele me disse que eu tinha que levar pq ele já tinha cortado o tecido.Eu disse que era cliente, daí ele disse:Se a senhora é cliente já devia saber que só aceitamos débito. Eu disse:Não sabia,pq todas as vezes anteriores que comprei aqui foi com dinheiro. A sorte foi que meu marido estava tb na cidade e procurei por ele e fiz o pgto com seu cartão. Que pena né, era uma Lj que gostava de comprar,acho que o atendente poderia ter tratado o caso com mais respeito a minha pessoa.
I had already bought a few times, I was attended by a woman, and, by the way very attentive and polite. However on Thursday 12/12/2019, I was in the store, asked for a tissue the boy cut and when I went to pay, despite accepting card it said it did not accept the credit pmt, I said that unfortunately was only with that card and that it only had credit function. Wow, I was super ashamed because I had more clients at Lj and he told me I had to take it because he had already cut the fabric. I said he was a client, so he said: If you are a client you should know that we only accept debt . I said: I didn't know, because every previous time I bought here was with money. The luck was that my husband was tb in the city and searched for him and did pmt with your card. What a shame, you know, was a Lj who liked to buy, I think the clerk could have handled the case with more respect for myself.
