★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde, estive na loja hj pra colocar um botão que soltou da minha jardineira, a funcionária que faz o serviço, acho que se chama Renata, me deu a notinha pra pagar, enquanto ela fazia o conserto, qnd voltei pra pegar, ele havia feito outro furo na Jardineira alegando que o outro furo poderia está grande e o botao soltar novamente, falei pra ela que ela deveria ter me perguntado antes de furar, pois o furo antigo pode rasgar, ela simplesmente falou que era só eu da um ponto, e ainda me perguntou se antes de eu levar pra lá, eu ñ tinha visto que já tinha um furo... disse que eu tinha visto sim, inclusive o furo era do botão anterior e que ñ imaginava que fossem fazer outro furo, pois, ñ entendo de costura, pois, ñ sou costureira e a mesma me respondeu que ela tbm ñ, então continuei falando e ela simplesmente falou: tá bom, tá bom, e ainda perguntou se eu queria meu dinheiro de volta!!! Ñ reclamei em pagar, até pq foram R$4,00, reclamei sim da falta de comunicação da funcionária e da falta de respeito dela comigo, até pq o erro foi dela e ñ meu. Gostaria de expressar tamanha chateação!
