Cheguei ao local, gentilmente perguntei se tinha alfinetes, à vendedora respondeu que sim, mas se eu quisesse ser atendida, teria que esperar ela terminar o atendimento de outro cliente, medir fitas, etc.. Não custava nada ela ir até uma gaveta ou coisa parecida, pegar o alfinete e eu pagar no caixa..ela queria que eu ficasse parada esperando que ela terminasse o atendimento da outra cliente foi muito gentil e respondeu que ela já tinha terminado de atendê-la. Existia também outra funcionária no local que parecia indiferente a tudo que acontecia no local. O ideal era que a empresa colocasse câmeras para ver como os clientes estão sendo atendidos..fiquei muito chateada, sai da Loja e falei que ela podia continuar atendendo a outra cliente.E lá não volto mais.
I liked the location, trims, etc ... but the terrible service, highly ignorant employees, disinterested. I arrived at the place, kindly asked if I had pins, the saleswoman answered yes, but if I wanted to be answered, I would have to wait for her to finish the service of another customer, measure tapes, etc. It didn't cost anything to go to a drawer or something similar, pick up the pin and I pay at the cashier..she wanted me to stand around waiting for her to finish the service of the other client was very kind and replied that she had already finished serving her. There was also another employee on the premises who seemed indifferent to everything that happened on the premises. The ideal was for the company to place cameras to see how customers are being served ... I was very upset, left the store and said that she could continue to serve another customer. And I won't be back there.

Valores bem acima do mercado, até mesmo em áreas nobres.
Sellers leave a lot to be desired in terms of service, they are not friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja pequena, mas tem diversos produtos para costura. Ótimo atendimento, preços razoáveis, amplo estacionamento. Loja de shopping. Lojas congêneres, local amplo, agradável. Ótimo para final de tarde e pra levar a criançada.
Small store, but has several sewing products. Great service, reasonable prices, ample parking. Mall store. Similar stores, large, pleasant location. Great for late afternoon and to take the kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Laço de Fita do Reserva Mall é boa, tem diversas opções, geralmente quando se procura algo encontra, atendentes educadas e auxiliam, mas eu adoraria mais diversidade e cores nos novelos , porém posso dizer que é boa!
